Senior Product Manager - Internet/eCommerce (5-8 yrs)

Role:

- You will manage the vision, strategy, and feature roadmap of one or more Products. - Work with development, test, business leadership and our partner teams to ensure that product meets functional, quality, performance, scalability, privacy, security and usability goals

- Work with Business and partner teams to understand new feature requirements, develop scenarios, make tradeoffs on features and prioritize them according to ROI

- You will also undertake UX prototyping, interface copywriting and product communication for the products assigned to you.

- Work on capacity planning based on new customers and partners onboarding and expected traffic growth

- Write Quality functional & performance specs and lead your feature team in shipping features on time with high quality

- You will be charged with competition review and analysis, prioritizing features that provide us a competitive advantage, furthering the revenue objectives of the company and delivering a kick-ass user experience, for these projects.

Requirement:

- You have experience as a Product Analyst / Product Manager or any similar profession

- You have a penchant for business and the innate ability to analyze markets, dissect revenue models, prioritize features, and conceptualize business plans.

- You have a keen sense of usability engineering and can translate any user story into an intuitive flow. You are very comfortable with creating user interface prototypes and wireframes on paper, PowerPoint, Visio or prototyping tools such as Axure / Balsamiq.

- Your oral and written communication and articulation skills are immaculate, and you can always produce the perfect text for any given interface.

- You are an Analysis Ninja and can derive insights from large amounts of data.

- You understand the nuances of integrating user interfaces into applications.

- You also stay connected with technology advancements and understand the impact of new standards on product design

- Proven ability to drive technical designs with senior developers and architects and maintain and prioritize a living backlog.

- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institute preferred.
