Senior Product Manager - Insurance (4-9 yrs)
Essential Responsibilities :
- Manage Insurance P&L
- Lead new product development & initiatives for Insurance which shall include formulation & designing of products specifications, pricing, T&Cs & launch plans in close co-ordination with Insurer & all internal stakeholders.
- Lead online & mobile app insurance integration Projects, onboarding of products and visibility across organization platforms
- Periodic competition mapping, distribution mapping & consistent evaluation for existing product upgrade opportunities aimed to increase customer value proposition & sales.
- Budgeting, forecasting & target setting for insurance function. Track actual performance & variations, monthly reporting & review of same.
- Lead & conceptualize campaign management for Insurance at Point of Sale, online channels, S2S & tele-Marketing Team
- Evaluate insurance upgrade & retention campaigns to increase customer value proposition & sales
- Liaise with insurance partners & internal stakeholders for successful implementation of insurance products on all channels of organization
- Implement sales promotion plans & strategies. Formulate training programs for FTEs & NFTEs
- Design, Create, launch, execute sales contest & promotions for card sales team & tele-marketing team.
- Work closely with insurance sales, product & operations team for closure of all adhoc requirements
- Prepare monthly Insurance performance decks for management
