Attention aspiring product managers! We're a fast-growing on-demand telehealth startup looking for an eager Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of healthcare by leading the development and execution of our product vision.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance patient care and drive business growth. You should be comfortable with fast growth, a little bit of chaos and love making things happen!

Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy: Define and drive the product roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall strategic objectives and be very goal driven.

- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

- User Insights: Gather and analyse user feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements. You need to be a bit customer obsessed and enjoy doing customer interviews.

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements.

- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery.

- Data-driven Decision Making: Utilise data and analytics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry in a scaling startup.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science).

- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

- Passion: A deep understanding of and passion for the healthcare industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Q-commerce, health platforms or digital health products.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
