Senior Product Manager - Growth & Experience - App (3-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop product vision and strategy
- Conduct surveys / speak with customers to understand their needs & pain points
- Define metrics for different aspects of user funnels - acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and virality.
- Identify corresponding growth levers & loops
- Own the product roadmap and work with the leadership team in aligning the same.
- Identify problems, create hypotheses, design and run experiments
- Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver features.
- Mentor junior PMs and root for their success
- Stay on top of the market and competition.
- Own the success of your product
