Senior Product Manager - Engineering Division - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (4-10 yrs)
We are Geo Satellite Startup Company in Bangalore, India. And looking to expand Engineering Division in India.
As a Sr Product Manager, you will be responsible for building high end Technical Products from 0 to 1. Required to work across multiple functions in the company to provide best experience to customer through products.
Position: Sr Product Manager
Location: Bangalore, India (all 5 days work from office)
Experience: 4 to 10 Yrs
Education: B.Tech with MBA from premium institutes preferred
Compensation: 30 to 45 L.p.a
Requirements :
- Atleast 4 to 8 yrs of really time experience in Product Management
- Startup experience is mandatory
- Ideally someone crafted complex product from 0 to1 in B2B sector
- High Problem-solving skills, technical mindset & able to derive data & numbers
Responsibilities :
- Drive product from conception to launch to growth
- Get hands dirty in Product Discovery, Product Planning, Product Development & GTM strategy
- Identifying market opportunities with research and competitive analysis
- Building the product strategy and roadmap
- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Build an effective roadmap to prioritize important features properly
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and execute product roadmaps.
- Create product specifications and communicate product features and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive product launch and go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute to the product vision, together with the Head of Product, VP, CPO & other stakeholders
