The Opportunity :

In your role as Senior Manager for Product, you will be reporting into the Director - Product for the business line of Comprehensive Management Programs. The opportunity is to reinforce and scale impact of our transformational programs to participants across the world.

Your key responsibility is to drive enrollments (and top line) for the set of programs that you will be managing. You will also be responsible for discovering market opportunities, develop new programs to address these opportunities, bringing them to market and drive enrollments. You will work with the Program Advisory, Marketing and Operations Teams to deliver on these responsibilities.

You will be seen to be succeeding in your role if you are able to demonstrate growth of enrollments in the set of programs you manage, discover large market opportunities and then help build and offer programs to tap into these opportunities. We expect enrollments to scale rapidly.

Your Role :

- Drive enrollments for a portfolio of programs, by working closely with Marketing and Sales Teams

- Building new Programs and enhance existing Programs with price, markets, value-proposition and other differentiators

- Help build dashboards and generate insights, towards driving enrollment as well as to drive marketing/ advisory team performance

- Managing the revenue multiple programs, with revenue responsibility of USD 5 - 10 Million

- Discover global market opportunity for programs: Through understanding trends in the learning market, understanding the offerings of our existing University partners, discovering new University partners who we can partner etc

Your Skills and Qualification :

- Product Launches : Experience of products launched and their market fit/revenues

- Scaling : Experience of scaling a product by identifying under-served market opportunities

- Sales & Marketing : Experience of driving sales & marketing for products with revenue goals

- Analytics : Proven experience to make data-driven decisions impacting top-line and bottom-line and love towards numbers!

- Innovation/Collaboration : Examples of having driven innovative projects to success by working with diverse teams

- MBA from a reputed school is preferred
