Senior Product Manager - EdTech - IIT/BITS/NIT/IIM/ISB (5-10 yrs)

- In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by marrying the technical and business worlds. You would work closely with creative & stellar engineers, designers, marketers, operations to create product roadmap from scratch throughout the execution cycle.
- Evolve a short-term and long-term vision & roadmap for the product based on requirements gathered across consumer needs, market research, industry trends, partner/ advertiser feedback, management team thinking and business strategy.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer base, identify and fill product gaps, generate newer ideas to improve customer experience, and drive efficiency by incorporating changes in product design and functionality.
- Plan research initiatives with users & research teams to understand customer problems and iterate on product ideas and improvements.
- Combining usage data, market and user research, and industry best practices to understand the domain deeply and identify user problems and breakthrough opportunities.
Requirements :
- B.E/B.Tech/MBA (preferred) from a top tier institute
- 5+ years of product management experience in internet startups/ SaaS products/ e-commerce/ B2B/ B2B2C space
- Mobile Applications product management experience is mandatory
- Understands product psyche - ability to differentiate a good design from a bad one - Experience of Analytical/MIS Tools (Google Analytics etc.)
- Loves digging data and has excellent data analytics skills that can translate complex data analysis and logic into actionable insights
- Crunch analytics & log data regularly to identify consumer insights/market insights, find improvements for consumer engagement & conversion rates
