Senior Product Manager - eCommerce

Sr. Product Manager (7-10 yrs)

It is a Sr Product manager role for a leading E commerce company, to manage the World-Wide Customer Returns team.

- To lead large scale programs and have responsibility for driving innovation and advocating on behalf of our customers.

- Leveraging a large technology team and world-class design team, you will build a suite of customer-facing products and services. You will own current and future innovations on behalf of our customers across multiple platforms, devices, and media types (website, mobile devices, social media, apps, SMS, email etc.).

- As a Product Manager in Customer Returns you will be responsible for identifying and executing projects that align with the long term vision of the company.

- Improving customer experience will always remain your main goal. As a result, many of the projects typically impact all aspects of the returns workflow. This includes areas such as returns creation, transportation and Fulfilment Centre operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation

- Strong analytical and data gathering skills, including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights

- Participate in internal business performance reviews and business reviews to understand trends, develop action plans, and share business plans and performance

Basic Qualifications :

- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Business from a premier institute

- Experience of 7-10 years in program/product management

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel

- Ability to travel up to 25%

- Demonstrated bias for action and an ability to deal with ambiguity

- Demonstrated ability to be a big picture thinker, strategist and long term planner

- Superior communication skills, including the ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet operational performance goals

Preferred Qualifications :

- Demonstrated understanding of the e-commerce space.

- Experience with SQL, Tableau

- Experience with MS Project

- Experience in the product development of mobile applications or websites.
