We are looking for a Senior product Manager with one of the largest eCommerce company for Hyderabad location. - He will be heading the customer return team and should have hands on SQL/Tableau as he will be taking care of the product development of mobile applications and websites. Key Responsibilities : - Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation - Strong analytical and data gathering skills, including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights - Participate in internal business performance reviews and business reviews to understand trends, develop action plans, and share business plans and performance Basic Qualifications : - MBA from TIER 1 or advanced degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Business from a premier institute - Experience of 7-10 years in program/product management - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel - Ability to travel up to 25% - Demonstrated bias for action and an ability to deal with ambiguity - Demonstrated ability to be a big picture thinker, strategist and long term planner - Superior communication skills, including the ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet operational performance goals Preferred Qualifications : - Demonstrated understanding of the e-commerce space. - Experience with SQL, Tableau - Experience with MS Project - Experience in the product development of mobile applications or websites.
