Senior Product Manager - eCommerce

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager in Bangalore, India, to drive product initiatives from inception through execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with salespeople, designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our products amaze and delight our users.

This is a highly entrepreneurial position reporting directly to the CEO and will require you to assume a number of different roles.

Capabilities :

Skills & Qualifications :

- Design: You practice user empathy and are comfortable interviewing users on a regular basis.

- Analytics: You are very comfortable getting the data you need and transforming it into insights and initiatives without support. SQL, scripting languages, and data-visualization packages are tools you can easily reach for and leverage so your decisions are data-informed and clearly articulated.

- Collaboration: Track record of delivering results with cross-functional teams.

- Efficiency: Excellent organization and prioritization skills.

- Hustle: You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Excitement: You're passionate about Vahan's mission and new technology.

Experiences :

- 5+ years of product management experience.

- Prior experience building an Internet marketplace product.

- Bonus points if you've worked at a rapidly growing startup.

Impact :

- Vision: Define the 3-5 year product vision and strategy.

- Execution: Work across teams to get product shipped.

- User Engagement: Maximize user engagement on Vahan's product (10% to 40% W4 retention by EoY 2020).

- Growth: Hit 1M MAUs by EoY 2020.
