- Graduate in Engineering or masters in product marketing/digital marketing
- 6-7 years of experience as a product manager for B2C, B2B products targeting the youth with deep knowledge and networks in industry
- Experience of using SEO factors, web analytics, A/B testing tools, viral growth and landing page optimization
- Be the CEO of the product own the product end-to-end from conceptualization to traction to business value
- Ensure user centric design considering user pain points and usability test results, while using market and industry knowledge to deliver a well-positioned product. Build Backlog of product features, i.e. write user Stories and acceptance criteria and continuously groom the backlog
- Drive Sprint / Release plans together with the Scrum Master. Work with Solution Architect to build a modular and reusable solution
- Drive user adoption / traction to meet the business KPIs
- Solid experience in building and launching Consumer tech products in the market - end to end product lifecycle management - User research, User journey, Product Build & Adoption
- Solid knowledge of industry trends and user demands and pain points to be able to create a high value product vision
- Experience in Agile Development as a Product Owner. Comfortable in building and managing the Backlog of work
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story
- Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders
- Strong problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution and platform
- Work on India's first youth martech platform and event engagement platform for youth in India
- Opportunities to get insights and data of the largest , most valuable population audience in India
- Direct reporting access to Management
- Work with top consumer brands for the platform like Viacom18, Times Group, Tinder, Titan Group, Zee, and others
