Senior Product Manager - BFSI

- Nature of role: Full time

- Number of years of experience expected: 5-7 years.

- Areas of past experience preferred: Banking and financial services (credit/loan management/accounting), system implementation for banking and financial services products in the areas of credit, loan management system, risk management systems and loan origination systems

- Educational qualification expected : C.A. or MBA-Finance

- Preferable additional certifications : FRM, High level of technical expertise in MS Office suite

- Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / APAC / US

- Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English

- Other Key requirements: Ability to interact within all levels internal and external to the organization.

Key responsibility areas :

- Understanding and agreeing on project scopes, deliverables, objectives and outcomes with the client

- Assist in functional understanding and documentation of business requirements related to credit products, loan management processes and accounting process

- Develop business requirement documentation, wireframes and functional specifications for automation requirements

- Directing post-implementation support to customers as needed

- Consistently tracking and updating on detailed project plans and progress,

- Coordinating between internal resources and teams for the execution of projects

- Working with the lead partners to coordinate people and processes, ensuring that our projects are coordinated and delivered on time and in-line with committed scope,

- The go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline

- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

- Reporting and escalating to management as needed.

- Managing the relationship with the client and stakeholders

- Create management, communication plans and processes.

- Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.

- Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.

Other important information :

- Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India

- Period of engagement: Full-time position

- Probation period: 6 months

- Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.

- Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion

Selection process :

We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:

- Technical test: Online Microsoft forms link shall be shared with shortlisted candidates

- Personal interviews: There are expected to be at least 2 rounds of online interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.

- Final discussion on career and compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.
