Role - Senior Product Manager is responsible for strategic product planning, defining, delivering, and continuously innovating Internet-based consumer products and services. He/she should strive to create world-class products that are marketable and be instrumental in getting them implemented. He/she must be someone who keeps things simple while solving problems that are complex. Must have the ability to challenge authority.
What you will do in this role
- Design product feature-set, but also responsible for the associated.
- Strive to be data-informed and capable of extracting a point of view from data.
- Work with the UX team, to help shape your ideas into a simple, integrated, and intuitive UI for Mobile and Web.
- Go deep to solve problems and balance your "action bias" with "end-states"
- Work with CX teams to drive "measurable impact" and not "managed impact"
- Prepare ideation docs, brainstorming on the same and making PRD's and getting them delivered in collaboration with UX & Tech teams.
- Working with Payment gateways and experience in Payment funnel optimization is preferable.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of product management experience in consumer internet products and technologies or B2C business.
- Min 1 year of experience in handling Monetization / Payments.
- Strong consumer focus
- Able to create value using good business judgment
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Excel, for analytics.
- Working experience with SQL, as well as PDM/Visualization Tools like Looker/Tableau, Trello, and JIRA.
- Exposure to working with Data Science (and ML) teams, over and above Analytics.
