Roles and Responsibilities : - Have a - CEO Mindset- and own the product strategy. End-to-end ownership of products and features - Identify, prioritize, build and maintain the business case for the products, including market opportunity models, user personas, and top use cases - Be the domain expert for your product with a complete understanding of how customer feedback, competitive drivers, and market dynamics shape your product's direction - Leverage adoption metrics, as well as meetings with customers, prospects, customer support/success, and sales team to develop a perspective on how your product is being used and on where to take the product next. - Collaborate closely with the engineering team to prioritize and execute product plans in an iterative and timely manner - Help enablement for new feature releases, go-to-market, as well as core positioning and messaging for your product - Participate in specific sales opportunities (customer demos, roadmap alignment meetings, marketing events, etc.) - Participate in the business development and partnership building activities (demos for potential partners, roadmap alignments) Experience : - Proven as an experienced product manager working on large-scale software products (B2B) for at least 3 years in product management (and overall work experience of &gt;5 years is preferred but not necessary) - Results-driven product leader with a track record of delivering high-quality software - Customer-focused with a passion for delivering software that customers will love - Prior experience working on a SaaS cloud product is preferred - Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting to customers and senior executives - Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to come up with recommendations using data
