Senior Product Manager/AVP - Product - EdTech Startup

FIRM : Well funded ed tech start up

LOCATION : Gurgaon/ Bangalore

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities :

- Will be grooming a team of 2-3 Junior Product people handling growth/product/marketing

- Will be owning and responsible for the overall growth/acquisition/retention/monetization

- Will be taking complete ownership of the production processes and organizational level needs for smooth execution of the process

- Will be active in hiring and mentoring the team in processes required to increase the velocity of the organization

- Will be working closely with the design and tech leads in translating the product needs to end results

- Should be a people person to inspire the rest of the team to cross all the barriers needed for the progress

- Will be responsible for coming up with growth ideas and taking DAU from 100K to 1M

- Will be handling the growth channels and add on products/product features required to achieved growth.

Experience :

- Deep understanding of production methods to deliver features with great market adoption

- Expertise in one of the verticals Tech/Design and experience of the working with the other segment.

- Strong entrepreneurial drive, always-day-one attitude, Speed in fixing the blockers and delivering the results

- Strong leadership skills.

- Handled high growth consumer products in engagement space/elsewhere

- Excellent track record of taking a product from pre-series to series B
