Job Description :

- You will independently own end to end product management of complete product

- You will Be the Go-to person for cross functional partners for queries on product

Our client is the fastest growing AgTech startup in India and the only full stack agri service provider. Currently they are connecting 7 lakh+ farmers in 7 States directly to 200+agri businesses like agri-input companies, institutional buyers and financial institutions.

Description :

- You will independently own end to end product management of complete product

- You will be doing User Research

- You will be involved in PRD/Story writing

- You will be responsible for Metric definition, monitoring & measurement

- You will be responsible for delivering capabilities addressing business needs

- You will be doing experimental planning & execution of new business ideas

- You will be responsible for Stakeholder communication

- You will be responsible for hands on execution of roadmap and active roadmap management (prioritization)

- You are expected to understand the gaps in existing process and identify new problem statements

- You are expected Start contributing to the business processes with a product mindset

- You will Coach, Guide and drive solutioning with PM/APMs

- You will Be the Go-to person for cross functional partners for queries on product

Profile :

- Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules

- Experience with developer / designers

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Bachelor's degree or higher or appropriate work experience

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and user communities alike

- Good analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
