Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team to manage and develop our Business Information & Research platforms.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our platform, overseeing the product life cycle from ideation to release. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, to ensure that the product meets customer needs, drives revenue growth, and delivers a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.

- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the product strategy

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the platform delivers a seamless user experience.

- Manage the product development life cycle from ideation to release, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and conducting user acceptance testing.

- Track and report on product performance, using data analytics to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new features and products.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, gathering feedback to inform product development and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform product development and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred

- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS, research or digital media.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into a product strategy

- Proven experience managing the full product development life cycle from ideation to release

- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, and Marketing

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across the organization

- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to track product performance and inform product decisions

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
