Senior Product/Digital Marketing Leader - eCommerce

As a recruitment consultant, we are currently hiring for an eCommerce Giant for the position of Senior Product/Digital Marketing Leader for Bangalore.

Responsibilities :

- Support in building and growing online marketing channels; including Paid Search, Display, Affiliate and Social, and Mobile

- Inform the strategy to leverage key segments of the company's customer base

- Support in partnering with external agencies to plan, develop, execute, and analyze traffic driving opportunities

- Monitor budgets relative to aggressive CPA targets

- Maintain performance reports

- Develop expertise of Indian marketing KPIs, regularly communicating results to the larger team.

Basic qualifications :

- Full time MBA from Tier-1 Institute.

- 6+ years of experience in online marketing, eCommerce, UX, or technology

- Proven success with digital product launches

- Proven understanding of campaign performance metrics for online marketing

- Experience with web/mobile analytics programs i.e., Site Catalyst, Google Analytics

- Self-motivated, nimble and highly results-driven in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

- Experience in managing external media and performance agencies

- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills

- Strong analytical and Excel skills

- Results oriented with strong bias for action, even in ambiguous situations

- Strong knowledge of Indian cultural and media landscape

- Comfortable working with international teams and cultures
