As our designer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, optimising and shipping the UX and UI for new product prototypes and features. You'll be working together with our amazing developers, product managers and other designers and be the advocate for the Zluri user.

What we're looking for

- You have roughly 5+ years of experience designing high-growth impactful products (Prior SaaS experience is an advantage)

- Passionate about joining a small team and building a company.

- You have a portfolio that demonstrates the breadth and depth of your work along with your thinking process and execution

- You have solid Visual Design and Interaction Design skills and a very high bar for the designs you ship

- Ability to thrive in startups with a fast-paced environment and take ownership for working through ambiguity

- You thrive in an iterative process that involves listening, adapting, moving fast, incorporating feedback, and constantly collaborating

- Ability to coach and mentor more junior team members as we grow

What you'll do ?

- Work with a cross-functional team of engineers, content writers, and product managers to anticipate and identify user needs and align product goals with the user's goals

- Translate ideas into concepts, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

- Contribute to design system guidelines and processes.

- Come up with features and improvements that you can ship quickly and measure for effectiveness.

- Design and discover workflows that allow you to test designs early and often, and then iterate upon feedback.

- Help us establish a design culture within the company
