Job Description : As a Senior Product Designer, you will be working in close collaboration with business, product, technology, to create superior experience for the customers.

Our client is a fast-growing Fin-Tech start-up based out of Bangalore, aiming to redesign financial experience for its customers with a strong focus on personalisation and premium customer service.

Description :

In this role based out of Bangalore, reporting to the Head of Design you will be responsible for:

- Ideating and implementing solutions that stretches across customer needs, design and technology

- Conceptualising original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks

- Collaborating and conducting user research and evaluating user feedback on designs to do feedback specific iterations

- Researching, learning and implementing design guidelines, best practices and design standards

Profile :

The ideal candidate will :

- Have 3+ years of experience designing in consumer-focused product companies

- Have expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Principle etc.

- Have exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to quickly translate both qualitative and quantitative data-driven insights into actions

- Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent practical experience in design
