Senior Manager - Procurement - Engineering Services Firm (Indians in Dubai/Europe Preferred)

Requirements

- Worked and lived in Europe (Preferably in Sweden/Denmark however other areas will also be considered)

- Basic knowledge/exposure on ECA, costing and bidding. Analytical bent of mind

- Worked in Procurement operations, vendor development, handling and analyses of large data, order execution/ project management

Computer skills:

- Excellent in MS office (excel and ppt) and other procurement tools

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Self-starter, ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking who can take the ownership and drive for results.

Experience / Requirements :

1. 10 years- experience in procurement End to End

2. Sourcing FromEurope is must.

3. Visits to the above countries for vendor development is must

4. RFQ, vendor development, Quotation, price comparison PO, Payment

5. Experience from manufacturing, Engineering Trading industry is preferred

6. Worked in China / Europe is preferred

7. Find new suppliers, send RFQ, get quote, negotiation, Planning, Coordination with inspection agency, vendor development, assessment, travel, factory visit, find a solution for cost-saving and improvement of quality,

8. Supply Chain Management Logistics Import Export Knowledge, negotiating freight rate with shipping lines, Making reports.

9. Engineer or equivalent pre a Handon Management professional with excellent industry knowledge who is able to work independently in the region, the position is based out of Dubai, UAE and will require travel as and when required in Europe and China

10. Those currently in Dubai/UAE /GCC would be preferred however those in India having exp in working in Dubai/GCC region physically or remotely would also be considered.

11. The base location is Dubai however, till the time VISA/travel is arranged remote joining and WFH can be considered

The salary includes Fixed 12-15KAEDper month plus benefits like Medical/Insurance /VISA/hometown travel etc..
