An exciting opportunity to join us as a Senior Process Modeller working for the Process Architecture for Risk & Control workstream within the Payments Control & Enhancement Program (PCEP).

The process modeller will be part of the Payments Control and Enhancement Program (PCEP), which has been established to improve the bank's payment control framework.

Within PCEP there is a process mapping workstream. The objective of this stream is to map all of the payment processes across the Group to understand in detail the control landscape and find opportunities for improvement.

The Payments Control and Enhancements Program (PCEP) was established to reduce payments risk and provide a more holistic approach and framework to payments management and processing within the bank. As a multi-year Top Program with executive sponsorship, PCEP's four key objectives are to:

- Reduce the risk of erroneous payments leaving the bank

- Ensure payment capabilities are resilient and secure

- Enhance payments control framework

- Assess end of service life issues in payment applications

Qualifications

We are looking for a Senior Process Modeller with proven experience in:

Core Skills Focused On:

- Ability to analyse and convert existing procedural or process documentation into process models

- Workshop facilitation and elicitation of process activities and metadata (e.g. roles, applications, risks, controls)

- Process modelling/convention/standards

- Proficient in BPMN 2.0

Key Objectives/Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyse information from a variety of sources (Payments SMEs, existing process documentation etc.) to create current state process models for Payments that align to process modelling framework

- The Process Modeller will be expected to facilitate workshops and perform other necessary activities to capture and synthesise information into their process models

- Example activities include: Process mapping Payment flows; identifying existing Payment controls; and assessing control and efficiency related improvements

- Inspiring change with resilience and adaptability - Proven ability to navigate a way forward through uncertainty and ambiguity with a positive approach, adopting change

- Ability to communicate optimally at all levels is essential

- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
