Senior Process Manager - Refinery/ Engineering Firm (10-16 yrs)

Functional Description :
- Should have experience with license / Refinery/ Engineering firm with good knowledge of refining processes and involving mass transfer equipment.
- Design of plant equipment preferably involving mass transfer equipment.
- Cost Estimation & Proposal preparation to support sales team.
- Post order Design.
- Coordination with engineering and manufacturing functions for smooth execution of orders.
- Develop and maintain process design capabilities in KG India.
- Meet Customer Expectations related to Process Engineering.
- Interact & Visit customers for technical discussions.
Desired Attributes :
- Knowledge of Mass Transfer equipment.
- Increase Competitive Advantage through timely proposals, strategy, product selection and value engineering
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Team player.
- Exposure to ERP is desirable.
- Positive attitude.
- Readiness to take challenges.
