Profile/Skill Sets :We are looking for a smart, self-driven, high energy leader with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and passion to build and lead the business consulting services team for insurance in India.

The candidate must have a blend of in-depth domain expertise in one or more areas of insurance, strong business consulting skills and excellent leadership skills.

The successful applicant will have experience advising client executives within both the business and IT on how to leverage technologies and implementations to create value for their organization.

The role requires working primarily with US based clients and secondarily with clients in Europe, APAC and other markets, as well as their operations in India.

Required Skillset and Experience

- Deep knowledge of insurance: Life Insurance, Annuity, Property & Casualty

- Strong understanding of insurance concepts, products, processes, trends, regulations, industry-leading IT solutions

- Strong experience in business consulting engagements for insurance firms

- Experience leading large business transformation programs

- Experience in selling business consulting services to insurance firms

- Experience in building and leading teams, preferably in the global delivery model

- Ability to multi-task, and handle multiple critical strategic and operational activities in parallel
