As the organization grows in scale and scope, TechnoServe feels the need to further augment its senior team so as to be able to provide sufficient leadership support to program teams as well as lead development of the above practice areas. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Leading strategy development for TechnoServe programs in various geographies and thematic areas - Ensuring overall timeliness and quality of deliverables across TechnoServe's portfolio of projects. - Ensuring robust monitoring, evaluation and learning systems for all projects reporting to this position. - Conducting gap analysis and leading program design for emerging opportunities - Cultivating and supporting relationships with domestic and international donors and partners Must Haves: - Post Graduation in Business, Agriculture or Rural Development - 15 years of work experience with at least 5 years of Senior Management experience in organizations of repute with an exemplary track record of leadership in such organizations. - Experience of managing a wide range of stakeholders including senior functionaries in Corporate Sector, Governments, donors, bi-lateral/multi- lateral organizations such as ADB, World bank, DFID, USAID, IFC etc. - Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to undertake field research synthesize data and lead problem solving and program design and strategy. - Outstanding interpersonal skills including above average excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate well at all level in the organization. - Prior experience of representing the organization at various forums. Highly Desirable: - Flexibility to travel extensively - Strong exposure to inclusive business/consulting /social enterprise/impact investing organizations. - Experience of working with and intimate understanding of the functioning of multi-lateral organizations would be an added plus.
