Location - Gurgaon Job Responsibilities: - The Operations head is responsible for leading HR Operations function - Manage Employee life cycle from Onboarding to exit and FNF - Take accountability for achieving HR Goals & objectives. - Provide insights and expertise input on the HR implications of strategic and operational decisions. - Managing team of HR operations - Establish HR strategies and processes. - Stay current to industry practices and proactively develop and effectively introduce alternatives to current practices that balance employee relations, Grievances and engagement. - Planning and implementation of R&R policies - Own Performance Management: support and develop line managers in driving a performance culture through coaching, facilitating talent - Measure and monitor key HR operations metrics/dashboard on a routine basis. Required Skill-Set : - Strong sense of ownership - Expertise in MS-Office and presentation skill - Good understanding of HR concepts - Experience in managing and delivering high impact HR projects - Experience in working with cross-functional teams - Experience in working with sensitive data and information - Superior relationship-building skills Salary offered: 10-20LPA
