Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Manager who can Apply strategic and analytical skills to major portfolio challenges.

Team with cross functions to analyses, formulate, develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. Primarily setting the stage, lead product / market research, lead gathering / analysis of data, design product programs, evaluate programs, owns go/ no go decisioning on a regular basis and build a team of strategy analysts with deep subject matter expertise to test and drive innovation.

This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment; Establishes and maintains professional networks with subject matter experts. Strong empowerment and self drive is a must.

Responsibilities -

- Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability and competitive success in the face of shifting consumer behavior

- Independently scope and manages programs while pushing forward and contributing to group problem- solving

- Design, execute and manage analysis leveraging market research / quantitative analytics and other approaches

- Have an ownership mindset and P&L accountability for a business segment

- Intense focus on achieving both short term and long term goals

- Should be able to drive and execute an agenda in a fluid environment

- Challenge the status quo, promote the culture of deep and wide thinking and create a high performing team

- Assume increasing responsibilities and are not constrained by boundaries

- Drive cross pollination and collaboration with other teams

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or Master degree from Premier Institutes

2. At least 6 years- experience in Analytics or Consulting in Banking domain

3. Proven track record of problem solving and decision making based on analytics

4. Clear understanding of lending products, know how of sales process and expertise in defining processes

5. Strong Problem-solving ability

6. Strong communication and presentation skills
