Job Profile

- Business Analytics and driving financial planning, forecasting, controlling and business analysis to support crucial decision making for Sales, Marketing, Product and other Support Functions.

- Working on multiple SKU- s/Brand/New Product etc on business analysis.

- Monthly PL reporting review to CFO for and making presentation to MD & CEO from business reasoning for variances compared to forecast and budgets.

- Presentation of Monthly Business Review reports to management which covers the following aspects of the business.

- Business performance Product wise, Category wise at operating income and consolidated operating income level.

- Business Plan formulation for BU after taking inputs from all stakeholders.

- Work towards the brand margin through Mix management, Margin Management and partner with marketing finance team for delivering it by effective margin of performing brands and COGS productivity around the same

- Review of actual business financials at product category and SKU level with key stakeholders, presentation to Business head and CFO periodically, highlighting key issues and drive required actions with internal stakeholders.

- Handle & Execute Projects: Financial kick-off of the project, determining pricing principles, making projected financials, highlighting financial risks, briefing CFO & giving out recommendation for the project approval or rejection.

- Developing cost and revenue models and thereafter conducting profitability studies; analyzing the financial impact of various scenarios and suggesting appropriate action points. Conducting analytical/deep-down reviews.

- Portfolio pricing and optimization: Decision support on pricing of existing SKU- s, new products and identify optimization opportunities to maintain mix and margins.

- Market Share Analysis with competition at product, category and defined platform level.

- Preparation and analysis of Management reports with suitable recommendations
