We are Hiring for Giant Client for Sr. Payroll Specialist.
Years : 7-10 yrs.
Location : Remote.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for EMEA countries, including Germany, France, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, and Sweden.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Maintain compliance with local payroll laws and regulations for each country.
- Work with external payroll partners to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Collect and validate payroll inputs from various stakeholders, including HR, finance, and employees.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of payroll data.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll inputs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external payroll partners.
- Provide clear and accurate payroll instructions to partners.
- Review and validate payroll outputs from partners.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize and manage payroll processing tools and systems, including the Streamline tool ADP.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Workday HR systems is preferred.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within payroll systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll records and documentation.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to relevant authorities.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in EMEA payroll laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
- Prepare for and support internal and external payroll audits.
Required Skills:
- 7-10 years of experience in payroll processing, with a focus on EMEA countries.
- Strong understanding of EMEA payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using payroll processing tools and systems, particularly the Streamline tool ADP.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Workday HR systems (preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills:

- Payroll certifications (e.g., CPP, FPC).
Qualifications: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
