Senior Partnership Manager - NGO

THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION :

To manage the Accelerator Programme in Mumbai

KEY JOB AREAS :

Accelerator Management

- Project Management

- Volunteer Management

- Partner Recruitment

- Monitoring & Evaluation

- Documentation

- Managing a team of Partnership Managers

Knowledge Management :

- Convert outcomes into best practices

- Documentation & dissemination of best practices to partner NGOs

- Review & refine Accelerator processes

Leadership :

- Support the Executive Director and Programme Director in preparing & implementing the Strategy Plan

- Travel to cities which Atma is expanding to to support and expand the Accelerator Programme

ABOUT YOU :

- You are a self-starter and passionate about social development. You are good at building relationships and working collaboratively. You have excellent interpersonal skills, and have experience in designing and executing programmes.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE :

Required

- A master's degree or higher

- Around 4-6 years of applicable past work experience with social enterprises, NGOs or in a similar space in a decision making role.

Preferred

- Experience in a similar role at a development organization
