Senior Operations Manager - School (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the school, including facilities, transportation, technology, security, and other operational functions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive learning environment for students, teachers, and staff.
- Manage and supervise support staff, including custodial, maintenance, and security personnel.
- Ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, including classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Oversee transportation services, including bus schedules, routes, and driver schedules.
- Manage the school's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Develop and manage the school's budget for operational expenditures and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to school operations, safety, and security.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to identify and address operational needs and issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in school operations management or related field.
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of school operations, safety, and security regulations.
- Familiarity with technology infrastructure and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
