What is the role :

The main role of the Operations manager is to ensure end to end operations for the properties.

The role encompasses:

Complete People Management

- Managing the cluster managers, sales and marketing folks, multi-skilled workers and making sure that collectively the team meets their targets

- Supervising Blue-collar staff and monitoring their daily tasks as per the set standards

Revenue Generation :

- Maintaining 80-85% occupancy for properties in order to achieve the desired revenue numbers

- Controlling cost for the properties

- Planning and executing Sales and Marketing activities to meet occupancy targets

Complete Customer Management

- Maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Score for the properties

How could you qualify for the role :

- Prior Operations Experience - We are looking for young and energetic folks who come with 3-6 years of experience in field/operations roles. People from the Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehousing/Plant Operations background would be given strong preference.

- People Management Experience - The person should have a prior experience of dealing with all kinds of people and should be able to get his work done under all circumstances.

Other Must-haves :

- Educational Background: Engineers and MBAs from top tier institutes would be preferred

- Conveyance: Ability to ride and own a two-wheeler is a must.

- Basic Computer Skills: Complete working knowledge of MS Excel is a must

- Languages: Complete Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of regional languages is a definite plus
