- Product & Operations Create, monitor, analyze & improve business with focus on product, competition, procurement, vendor management, manufacturing & packaging Responsibilities 1. Lead a team of analysts and/or executives to drive projects on material sourcing, packaging, product operations, quality operations & manufacturing operations. 2. Vendor development and management : develop the vendor base (adding alternate vendors) for raw material and packaging materials. 3. Gather the market intelligence on the pricing and terms and condition in the market especially competition 4. Negotiate with the vendors on the pricing, terms and conditions, payment terms, delivery schedule, quality parameters etc 5. Work with vendors to build & implement solutions for product, packaging or manufacturing 6. Analyse & simplify manufacturing processes for improved scale & quality 7. Work cross-functionally to monitor & enforce timely launches and compliance of standards & best practices 8. Identify key process gaps and devise solutions to improve business metrices 9. Monitor & analyse data to drive business growth & improvements Qualifications & Skills 1. Bachelors of Engineering from a premier institute 2. 2-4 yrs of experience 3. Atleast 1yr experience in leading teams 4. Very strong research and analytical skills 5. Strong solutioning ability across product, operations & business problems 6.
