Senior Operations Head - FMCG/Frozen Snacks

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the development and communication of procurement and planning in order to drive high customer service while optimizing inventory levels.

- Oversee the working capital budget and operating performance, along with key service, quality and cost metrics and focus on continuous improvement programs.

- Provide strategic cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality and Customer Service to ensure team alignment and execute strategic planning initiatives.

- Be highly - process driven- and continuously improve the supply chain and manage complex customer needs.

- Benchmark and work to understand similar environments in order to implement best practices to continue to transform Perfect Bar into a world-class enterprise.

- Facilitate the planning process and implement a demand-driven supply chain plan.

- Verify in conjunction with Customer Service to ensure the required raw products and materials needed by operations are available at the most cost effective price to meet customer demand and quality standards.

- Collaborate with Customer Service to develop, implement, set and meet targets for key performance indicators to include forecast accuracy, capacity utilization/efficiency, schedule adherence, lead times, inventory turns, in-stock performance/on-time delivery, excess/obsolete inventory, etc.

- Oversee Logistics, which manages the flow of goods between the point of origin and the point of third party logistics and manufacturing in the most efficient and cost effective manner to meet the requirements of forecast and plan. This includes all inbound, intercompany, and outbound material movement.

- Oversee Inventory Control, which will focus on improving our cash position by efficiently managing inventory.

- Ensure every step of the process is functioning effectively to avoid costly delays and lost sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

Who We Want:

- Minimum20 years' experience in CPG manufacturing, food, or beverage.

- Ability to work in a company with an entrepreneurial/non-structured environment

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as web-based applications

- Experience managing relationships with co-packers.

- Strong technical skills in process improvements, and materials management.

- Strong financial background a huge plus.

- A master of creating order out of chaos.

- Passion for food, fitness, nutrition, entrepreneurship and sustainability.
