Work Profile:
- Experience in maintaining IR Related issue & exposure of handling union
- Having exposure of Contract Labour management system
- Hands on experience to maintain various MIS like Budeting,Labour,Costing etc.
- Experience of handling compliance related to labour.
Special Remarks:
1. Good Knowledge of the principles & procedures for Industrial & Employee Relation, Regional Labour Laws & Practices.
2. Individual must possess good Interpersnol skills & a Cooperative attitude.
3.Excellent Written and verbal Communication Skills.
4. Good knowledge of Excel,Powerpoint, Letter Drafting.
