Senior/Middle Level Role - IT Recruitment

Salary Offered : 6-10 LPA

Job Description:

- 1-4 years experience in US IT Recruitment (Freshers can also apply)

- Good knowledge of computer languages, Databases, and computer applications

- Ability to quickly source candidates as per the requirements

- Ability to prioritize requirements

- Hands on knowledge o f Job Portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn and open web search

- Experience working with fortune 500 clients (Would be a plus)

- Experience working with Direct Clients (Would be a plus)

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Self-driven, confident and comfortable working with other team members

- Build and maintain a database of IT professionals active as well as passive candidates

- Manage job postings and applicants on job boards

- MBA in any field

- US Shift (9 pm - 6 am)

- 5 days Working (Monday-Friday)
