Job Profile:
The candidate should have the following skills but should not be restricted to:
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Prepare and monitor marketing budget on monthly/ quarterly /annual basis and suggest allocation to optimize return on ad spending on digital channels (YouTube, Instagram, FB, affiliates, etc.)
- Execute & implement co-campaigns with strategic partners
- Deploy strategies and tactics to get to drive qualified traffic (ATL)
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis and reporting Derive data insights on marketing strategies and their efficacy .
Required Experience and Education:
- Should have managed and worked with a different team within marketing such as creatives, content, digital, marketing ops (preferably in an agency)
- Good knowledge digital marketing (Google, FB, Influencer) with deep understanding of customer cohorts, data
- 4+ years of agency/brand experience in managing marketing for a lifestyle brand. Work experience with a fashion/beauty brand is preferred.
