Senior Marketing Manager - Home Care Brand
- Developing brand plans, marketing strategies, communication, promotions and implementation pan India
- Working closely with the company's sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools,materials and presentations
- Responsible for managing the mosquito portfolio team, providing clear guidance and direction in developing and implementing strategic marketing plan
- Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team
- Developing annual brand plans in partnership with the sales and insight teams, leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Responsible for complete ownership of product category from concept to go to market strategy
- Provide detailed business plan of the product/category including contribution per product/product category
- Build strategies in alignment with business strategies for the right marketing of the brands
- Responsible for taking necessary action to the tracked, analyzed and proposed actions from different consumer understating initiatives given by brand managers.
- Responsible for deciding the packaging and communication strategy/ finalizing the agency and making sure smooth working/ ensure strategy for alignment of comprehensive packaging
- Responsible for Above-the-line (ABL) - (TV, Print, Outdoor) Agency briefings & creative development film (briefing, development, production, testing) ; Below-the-line (BTL) execution - Promotions/ activities/POS development
- Responsible for strategizing ATL inputs in line with channel/ RTM / BTL initiatives and on the respective brands
- Responsible for tracking trends in competing for environment
- Responsible for proper planning of new product portfolio development
- Consumer research & insight, proactive approach for new launches & campaigns
Education & Relevant Experience :
- MBA in marketing form Tier I Institute with 3-5 years of experience in mosquito
