They help users discover fitness around them, book trial experiences and purchase memberships. Their platform has had over 5 lakh users who have availed services to kickstart a fitter lifestyle. They need to fill-up following position asap.  Position : Senior Marketing Manager / AVP - Marketing / Head - Marketing ( Online Start-ups )  Education: Graduate/MBA who has majored in fields such as: Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Media Management  Experience: 2 - 4 years. Should have worked with an online startup company and built the marketing division / contributed majorly. Should understand performance marketing (online marketing - spends - Customer Acquisition Cost etc. and its ROI). Our client is an online platform that serves to bridge the gap between a user and a fitness service provider. Candidate will be a part of marketing/advertising team.   - Marketing department takes care of everything right from defining marketing strategy to planning to the final execution. All things marketing is done in-house.  - The chosen candidate will engage in Digital Marketing Strategy for the company. Areas of focus will include overall Digital Content Management, Keyword Research, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), analyzing Web Analytics, and all Social Media Strategies & Online Outreach Programs.   - Online Customer Engagement & Brand Management. Engage in various online Brand Management activities. Assist in drafting both creative and contextual communication for marketing activities. Seek, monitor and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials online.   - Provide support to all social media efforts. Perform Analytical functions to understand performance and identify potential growth areas.   - Regularly Assess Return on Investment. Take overall responsibility for the entire Digital Marketing Communication of the company through all of its Digital Channels, such as Website, Social Media Platforms, and E-Mail & Mobile Based Platforms.   - Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through Email & Mobile Based Marketing.   - Engage in advertising on various Digital Platforms directly as well as through coordination with Digital Advertising Agency / Partners.  2. Candidate should be a Graduate/MBA who has majored in fields such as Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Media Management.   - 2 - 4 Years of relevant work experience. Excellent Communication skills. Excellent knowledge of Web & Social Media Platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).   - Experience with Google ad words / SEM. Strong analytical and data-driven thinking. Up - to - date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.   - Out of the box thinker. Keen aesthetic sense.
