Our Client is leading prestigious and one of respected Brand in Hotel Industry in India is searching for Senior Manager -IT, Technology Business Management at the corporate office Mumbai

Job Summary:

- Supports high priority work across Global Sales, Marketing & Loyalty Technology, including: Internal Audit remediation activities, measurement and communication of Systems & technology performance, and support of Global Technology with strategic planning.

- Conducts and supports ad hoc analysis and projects supporting the S&M, Loyalty Technology priorities. Creates dashboards to communicate key performance metrics tied to major organizational priorities.

- Works closely with other areas within organisation specially The teams from Sales & Marketing, Loyalty and third party partners who deliver various Global Technology to create efficiencies and improve communication across the organization.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Education and Required Experience:

- 7+ years' relevant work experience in Hotel, S&M business and/or Technology operations of the same either in a Hotel or a Tech firm providing such solutions to Hotels

1. Experience working across all organizational levels internally and with vendors & Partners

2. Experience in business management, analytics, financial analysis, consulting, or related roles.

3. 3+ years creating and delivering presentations, PowerPoint decks, and project plans.

4. 2+ years in business analytics and using data to tell stories

Preferred Experience:

- Experience successfully operating in a matrixed organization and influencing without direct authority.

- Consulting/advisory experience.

- Strong project management skills and experience.

- Solid working knowledge of current IT and Digital technologies across a wide variety of areas , specially related to Guest experiences

- Demonstrated progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.

- Strong critical thinking skills, business acumen, and analytical skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presence.

- Excellent listening skills and interpersonal skills and collaborative approach to problem solving.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES:

Sales, Marketing & Loyalty:

- Works closely with Sales & Marketing ( S&M) & Loyalty teams to take care of the various Technologies implemented for them.

- Partners with them to identify appropriate technologies for any new needs or thinking.

- Finds Remediation paths for any technology issues by working with Tech partners & Suppliers.

- Partners with leaders and teams across Global S&M to review, prioritize, and facilitate resolution of issues

- Monitors completion of deliverables and commitments through established programs and processes

Internal & External Audit Remediation:

- Works closely with Internal Audit and Statutory Auditors to identify appropriate remediation path for any relevant audit findings.

- Partners with leaders both in IT & S&M to review, prioritize, and facilitate resolution of audit findings requiring Global Technology remediation.

- Serves as liaison with internal audit leadership, External Auditors, Information & Digital Group and Sales & Marketing stakeholders

Technology Performance Measurement:

- Supports creation of dashboards with key performance metrics highlighting success of major priorities, opportunity areas, and performance relative to key organizational MBOs/ KRAs

- Develops clear and concise executive-level summaries to communicate key organizational performance metrics to senior technology leaders.

- Communicates concepts in a clear and persuasive manner that is easy to understand by business users

Technology Business Management:

- Conducts analysis and manages projects supporting various Technology priorities.

- Represents Technology in various cross-discipline forums or on S&M projects as needed.

- Thinks creatively and practically to develop, execute, and implement new project plans.

- Manages and escalates project risks to resolve issues to IT and S&M leadership.

- Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.

- Informs the appropriate team members of project status and related issues
