Must have worked on Google Universal App Campaign (UAC) Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Must know search campaigns, Affiliate campaigns, Must be from an E-commerce(B2C a must), Digital Growth etc.

Role : Sr Manager Performance Marketing

HQ : Bangalore

Reports to : Business Head

Role Overview :

- Be the go-to expert for driving performance marketing and growth strategies for driving business growth and customer acquisition.

- Optimizing scalable campaigns across multiple digital channels to deliver the best ROI.

- Formulating strategies for paid/unpaid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks.

- Identifying replicable/scalable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points. It is an online platform delivering one stop solution.

- With a strong focus on consumer convenience, transparency, quality & reliability, at we seek to re-define how the car service industry operates in India.

- We do this by standardizing service workshops, enabling them to provide better customer experience through the usage of cutting edge technology, data analytics, and implementation of modern corporate practices in the running of service workshops.

Role Description :

- Responsible for developing and executing the company's online marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate is well-rounded : analytical, and metrics-driven.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools is a must (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)

Qualifications/Requirements :

- Should have experience in digital marketing

- Experience in running large scale SEO/SEM campaigns

- Experience in strategizing UAC, FB, Google and affiliate campaigns.

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords, paid social, Display media, YT marketing campaigns etc.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage & convert

- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing (google, fb etc.) and measurement

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Entrepreneurial, creative out-of-the-box thinker, with a get-things-done attitude

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Salary up to 35 Lac CTC.
