1. Execute the Learning and Development strategy aligned with the delivery of the organization's Strategic Priorities
2. Identifying learning needs, designing, delivering and measuring effectiveness in terms of overall Organization Capability Building after talking to both domestic and global stakeholders.
3.Drive the strategy for L&D across organisation in terms of design, content, timeliness and quality of delivery and take initiative for L&D process improvements.
4. Active partnership with HRBPs to help solve issues / problems pertaining to specific L&D processes and work towards the improvisation of the same.
5. Managing external service providers to ensure that best learning solutions are designed and delivered .
6. Introduce technology related solutions to maximize scale of learning at appropriate cost investments
