Senior Managing Consultant Role: Senior Managing consultant - As a Senior Managing Consultant, you will develop key client strategies, lead client engagements across a range of industries and types of projects, such as consulting services, Experimental Analytics, digital marketing or data and analytics. Few of the key activities you are expected to perform are: - Function as a senior project manager for delivery projects - Leads a small team of Associate Analysts, Consultants, Associate Managing Consultants, and Managing consultants in the AP region - Rigorously and logically identify issues covering client problems in the projects managed - Generate key hypotheses and independently structures work at the project level - Develop effective working relationships with mid- to senior-level client management - Synthesize analyses into clear, sound recommendations - Identify creative and useful additional analyses required and suggest new paradigms for recommendations - Independently assess client agenda, internal culture and change readiness. - Create effective, impactful and quality assured storylines and slides at the project level Qualifications : - Undergraduate or master's degree and 8-10 yrs work experience after completing your undergraduate degree - Experience in a consulting organization as a project manager or engagement manager (ideally Tier 1 consulting firms Big 3 + Accenture, Deloitte, RB, Strategy&, ATK etc.) - Experience directly managing multiple people across multiple projects - Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and ability to structure analyses to form data-driven solutions to ambiguous client challenges - Exposure specifically in payments and / or retail banking or merchants preferred - Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and the local office language(s) - Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with both mid- and executive-level client contacts - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, SQL / data expertise preferred Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of which they are applying for a position in, as well as eligible to apply for travel visas as required by travel needs
