Senior Manager (Zonal Head Andhra Pradesh & Telangana) Logistics/Distribution Ecommerce

Key Deliverables :

Logistics : Efficient dispatches and analyzing cost-effectiveness for each shipment in accordance with TAT

Operations : Effectively Managing accounts and Monitoring each Dispatch center for increasing Business volumes in terms of fleet and Prioritizing Work

Recruitment and Expansion : 

- Responsible for Recruitment of staff, training them in accordance with Company Guidelines. Managing and promoting talented Staff. Scouting new premises, finalization and Rentals, License related issues and smooth transitions.

Business Development : 

- Executing the long term business directions of the region to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives. Getting new leads and solving the challenges of existing vendors and Clients.

Relationship Management : 

- Managing customer-centric operations, Solving Operational Issues and to provide marketing and technical advice.

Vendor Management : 

- Finding vendors (Manpower, Fleet, and franchise Leeds) as per company requirements, negotiating commercials and on boarding.
