Senior Manager - WASH Program

We are hiring a Senior Manager for a leading philanthropic organization in India which works in causes like health, nutrition, education, water and sanitation, livelihoods, social justice and inclusion.

We Are Looking For a Candidate who can :

1. Understands community Mobilization/has knowledge of Community Approaches to achieve effective and sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene outcomes.

2. Has the ability to map key stakeholders and develop communication capacity development plans and can do the assessment of the current capacities to plan and implement the/BCC plan and the areas in which the capacities need to be strengthened

3. Develops comprehensive BCC (Behavior Change Communication) plans and has the Conceptual understanding of Socioecological Model and Social and Behavior Change Communication approaches (SBCC).

4. Has strong research analytical skills who can work with various academic/research institutions working on the BCC/need assessment aspects

5. Location : Delhi/Mumbai

6. This is more of an Implementation/facilitation role (involving interaction with state teams and supporting the teams on ground)

7. Ability to travel extensively

Basic Qualifications :

- MBA/PGPM

- 5 to 10 yrs of experience
