Warranty Program - This is a new digital product offering which is delivering complete peace of ownership of high cost electronic items like mobiles, tvs, washing machines etc. For a fee, additional warranty is provided beyond the time duration that is covered by the manufacturers. This is a fast growing category digital products.

Job Description -

You will be responsible for managing end to end setup, delivery and optimization of all the marketplace operations of the extended warranty program.

Some of your key responsibilities will include -

- Will involve working with the category team to understand which are the different ranges of products on which extended warranty will be provided.

- Will involve working with the catalog team & seller team to ensure that these warranty products are listed on the platform.

- Will involve working with the offer creation team to ensure that all supporting offers for these products are created

- Will have to ensure that the correct warranty product is mapped to every given physical product (tv, mobile etc)

- Will involve working with analytics team to setup, update and track all the key performance factors involved in the program.

- Working with technology and product team to resolve/upgrade/troubleshoot any issues as required.

Education, Skills & Work experience -

- Around 6-8 years of experience in Retail operations with exposure to online retail.

- The person should be able to perform operations with a high degree of accuracy and be able to multi-task
