This position will lead the team of Warehouse mangers (B2B and B2C), including Sizeable 3PL teams indirectly reporting to him/her and transportation team for Inbound and Outbound logistics. He/she is expected to drive the following Key Deliverables:

1. Warehousing (B2B and B2C)

a. Operations & Projects

- Ensuring and operatin gEfficient Warehouse operations and delivering PQCDSM results via daily and weekly reviews.

- Ensure cross functional collaboration like (Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer service, Planning) to deliver the Warehouse objectives

- Should be capable of anticipating operational issues in a highly dynamic and flexible environment, and design and propose solutions to the management in advance.

- Should be capable of doing Warehouse designing and capacity planning to avoid any operational constraints

- Leverage key drivers to ensure efficient Service Levels from warehousing and Manage expected TAT with accuracy.

- Monitoring of service level and Last Mile Delivery / On-time Delivery performance of Last Mile Delivery partners

b. Inventory Control.

- Working towards improvement Inventory Hygiene, accuracy and aging.

- Driving the culture of Control and management of inventory, through ensuring discipline in GRN's, TAT, Cycle count, Wall to Wall inventories counts etc

- Create and enforce all company SOP's rules and regulations with the 3PL's

c. Cost

- Optimizing Costs and put in place WH process and framework.

- Design innovative strategies to improve and create balance between customer experience and fulfilment operations.

- Improving delivery NPS, Cost per order, returns, damages and RTO management and onboarding new courier partners.

- Lead Time analysis of LMD partners and driving improvements via better network design

- Reduction of RTO and Late deliveries from 3PL LMD partners

2. Logistics (Inbound and Outbound)

- Strategically plan and manage logistics for warehouses and manufacturing locations

- Optimize and coordinate route planning & order cycle.

- Look for automation in Transportation or should be well versed with TMS. Coordinate with Planners, suppliers, manufacturers, retailers to consolidate Load and Improve SL.

- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

- Resolve any arising problems or complaints from Transporters.

- Supervise, coach and train warehouse and transportation workforce to reduce damages and mismatches

- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets and legal compliance.

- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements
