About the team :
- Motherhub acts as an aggregation and sortation centre for moving shipments from Fulfillment centres and Seller clusters to Delivery hubs across the network.
- Economies of Scale : MH supports FC's for efficient order fulfillment. - MH enables optimized utilization of transportation capacity. MH sorts at delivery hub level to improve Last Mile productivity.
- Differentiate Service and Speed - Scale can be leveraged to remove speed constraints.
- Sortation based on product characteristics, category/customer preference and network ask.
About the Role :
- This role will lead the infra charters. It will be a kind of PMO role for all the infra requirements of MH asset.
What you'll do :
- Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problems
- Liaise with Procurement/RE Team / IT team & Design Team and prepare project charter for new sites.
- Coordinate with various stakeholder
- Prepare Gantt chart for new facilities & update progress report on weekly basis to all new stakeholders.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly reviews of performance with all ZM's
- Drive progress of Infra for all the sites.
- Business process improvements towards customer satisfaction & efficiency
What you'll need :
- Ability to influence other leaders & teams and align them towards the common, shared objectives
- Excellent process excellence skills
- Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to be creative and drive innovation in operations
