Senior Manager/VP - Finance - Manufacturing Firm - CA/CFA (7-15 yrs)
Our client is global leader specializing in production and supply of high-quality indicative security seals.
They are currently looking for a VP/Sr Manager - Finance.
The role will have the following responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for Finance and Accounts function.
- Monitor and oversee the Accounts team, and accounts/tax systems, build on the processes, and controls, and take new initiatives to build a robust department.
- Conduct profit and cost analysis to suggest and implement ways to improve profitability and realize gaps.
- Making sure all GST, TDS, Advance Tax, and other statutory filings and compliance requirements are adhered to on a timely basis.
- Manage and be responsible for all cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
- Generate management reports and analyses.
- Responsible for Financial planning including developing budgets and business plans.
- MIS reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, prepare activity reports and other reporting requirements of the management,
- Manage key external stakeholders.
- Interaction with Banks for our Banking Operations, OD/CC, and other requirements
- Maintain vendor relationships to improve cost, and vendor relations.
- Coordinate with the external audit team and CS for ROC and other compliances.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate must be a CA and/or CFA degree with 8+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance function.
- Experience in growth phase B2B Product Manufacturing Company.
