- A Chartered Accountant/CPA with minimum 10+ years of Accounting and Reporting experience is preferable or a bachelors degree with strong 12+years O2C domain experience.

- 5+ years of team handling experience, in F&A operations

- Advanced knowledge of general ledger and intercompany concepts and applications

- Advanced understanding of accounting policies, U.S. / Local GAAP, statutory accounting principles and tax requirements

- Advanced knowledge of IFRS standards

- Advanced working knowledge with ERP systems (preferably SAP S4 HANA)

- Advance knowledge of MS office tools (Excel,Work,PPT)

- Broad mix of operational and functional experiences with a sound understanding of risks and issues that impact global service delivery and operations, particularly in accounting

- Ability to interact with customers to ensure a high quality of service, while balancing expectations and realizations

- Must be able to communicate ideas both orally and in writing to influence others through one-on-one conversations, formal presentations, and group discussions

- Work in shifts in a 24X7 environment
